1. Screening phone interview with recruiting business partner; 40 minute informal chat ending in an interview invitation.
2. Formal interview with recruiting business partner and role's manager; about an hour on-site with all the usual interview questions (discussed position interviewing for, the organisation itself, my current position & skills/strengths etc.
3. Informal interview with department director; discussion mostly focused on determining my fit for the role/organisation and the role/organisation's fit for me.
4. Offer made over the phone after a week and phone reference conducted same afternoon. Formal offer came through next business day.
