The interview process was structured and professional. It began with an online application followed by a phone screening with HR. I was then invited to an in-person interview at the store, where I met with two senior managers. They asked competency-based questions and presented a roleplay scenario. The final step was a short assessment of team leadership and decision-making skills. Overall, the process took about two weeks.

Can you tell us about a time you had to lead a team through a major challenge?
Call with recruiter to discuss opportunity, casual initial call with manager followed by a first interview with manager and team member with a final interview with team management. Each call was very friendly and informative and felt relaxed through the process
Initial screening Phone call with recruiter followed by 3 interviews. First with manager both scenario and character based questions, call with team member before a final interview with another manager
The interview was nothing out of the ordinary, they asked about my previous roles, expectations, aspirations. Pretty standard. The interview was in person too. I recommend just being yourself and have questions ready
