In person after CV, in person with hiring manager. it was okay, questions were during covid so they were mostly health related as they were desperate for staff so it was quite straghtforward. i. understand now that the process is very different and there are alot more steps it can be difficult

Interview was around 2.5 hours in total. Started with a group interview then 20 minutes on the shop floor shadowing a checkout colleague then finally a 1 to 1 interview with a manager.

Nice environment. Kind people. Asked the right questions and I felt I could ask any questions i had. Overall I enjoyed the experience and would recommend to other people to do an interview with them.
