J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Tesco (Budaörs) en nov. 2015
Entretien
Average interview, rude style of questioning (discriminative of my age). It felt like everything has already been decided and it is pointless for me to be there. The new boss who was looking for her replacement did not say much, seemed that she did not even care. In the end she forgot to say properly goodbye. The person who made the interview was kind, but in her questioning the 10 years age difference between us sounded like I am an elderly person coming from Mars. I must have made a very negative first impression. It was a terrible experience. They did not even ask relevant business questions.

Question 1
What was your biggest achievement in work you are proud of? Present yourself to us. (Normal, average questions but they did not seem to care about my answers.)
Everything was conducted in an orderly and professional manner, one of the better interviews I've seen. Questions weren't too difficult, just prepare beforehand with knowing your CV back to front and prepare questions about previous experience, strengths, weaknesses and such!
