General "Describe a time when..." questions which I answered using the STAR format. Questions on the topic of empathy, collaboration, and customer service. Followed by discussion of availability and filling in forms.

A single interview consisting of only three fairly common interview questions followed by the opportunity to ask any questions of your own. Compared to other recruitment processes I have experienced it had less components.
