Recruiter contacted me by LinkedIn. We planned interviews. There were 3 interview stages. First was coding interview: Interviewer was not responsive and helpful at all. The task was to implement rule engine which will validate shopping cart. Next stage was system design. Task was to implement shared shopping card. API design, architecture diagram and etc. After these 2 interviews recruiter contacted me and said read the feedback from interviews. Coding interview feedback was bullishit. Finally they offered me to continue with mid position and of course I rejected. Waste of time and unfair evaluation process.
