Interview with the manager concerning my past experiences in retail and how competent I was to do the job.
Very informal in the sense no notes were taken. It is more like a judgement on how well you would fit into the team and if you have had similar retail experience. No piercing questions were asked, was very simple.

Interview was around 2.5 hours in total. Started with a group interview then 20 minutes on the shop floor shadowing a checkout colleague then finally a 1 to 1 interview with a manager.

Nice environment. Kind people. Asked the right questions and I felt I could ask any questions i had. Overall I enjoyed the experience and would recommend to other people to do an interview with them.
