One to one Questions where me and a member of management went over some scenarios which I may come across during a working shift at Tesco. The questions were aimed to test you on your personality and skills or how you would cope under pressure.

If a tricky customer began to get agitated and confronted you on a day you were not feeling too good how would you approach the situation?
The manager was very friendly on arrival, which calmed any nerves before heading in.
The interview process started with an informal chat before proceeding with 3 interview questions, primarily focusing on prior experience and customer interactions.

1 on 1 interview. You go in and they ask you to sign in at the customer service desk and wait until someone comes to pick you up.Then they I am waiting for these to be delivered from Adidas (they will arrive by Thursday but most probably Wednesday 23/12/2015) as soon as they are they will be able to collect straight away or I can post them out straight away next day recorded delivery .

Was called for an interview after passing an online application. Thought it had been successful as the questions were easy and was told they would definitely contact me within 7 days whether I had gotten the job or not- now been nearly 2 weeks and no contact!
