Learn answers to them- they have a group of 5-10 questions they always ask. How you worked under pressure, how you deal with change you disagree with, examples of excellent customer service and so on. After that i had a very simple one hour work assessment on a later date, which was pairing off with a member of staff doing the delivery then doing my own cage for half an hour. Just make sure your friendly, ask questions and get involved etc
