There were 2 interviews held , as i was referred by an employee !! The managers were very friendly . They will first make the candidate comfortable by asking very basic questions. Once you are comfortable they will start asking the questions which is required for the company. They should feel that you will work with them . Then only you'll clear the interview . Basics knowledge should be strong
