General competency questions for 20 minutes.
About 10-15 minutes asking questions. We discussed various news/info about Tesco.
Then 10-15 minutes on the shopfloor. I shadowed the manager with a handset...I scanned a few items checking stock levels.

Quick and easy interview process. They asked a few questions from a form. Was interviewed at the same time as someone else which was a bit weird. Was more like a chat to be honest and then was phoned quickly after the interview.
A bit overkill for the job. 2 managers interviewed in person. Several competence based questions. "Describe a time where you overcame difficulty" etc. I was offered a place by phone a few days later.
