The process was very simple. They start the interview about general questions about the candidate. Then they ask role-specific questions and some competency-based questions. They also ask questions about one's interests and hobbies.
J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Tesco (Ipswich, Angleterre) en juin 2025
Entretien
Applied online. Called me to arrange an interview. Interview was around 20/30 mins, some competency based questions and others about more work-culture fits e.g. asking about hobbies, etc to see if you are well-rounded I guess? Gave clear and sufficiently elaborate answers. Was offered the job same day against a few dozen others which I was glad for.
