So there is some brief online tests after the application as with most graduate jobs, and then after you'll be invited to a video interview. I waited quiet a while, and eventually got a email saying i had passed the video interview, and that someone would be in contact to book a assessment day! Fortunately, this was not the case. I re-checked my account after two weeks of not hearing anything since been told i was successful, only to see my application was un-successful. I contacted them through the graduate/apprentice email provided, and i was told that my video interview was not successful after another review, yet already receiving a email two weeks prior saying my video interview was successful, and someone would be in contact regarding a assessment day.
Their support was very un-professional to say the least for a large company, they spelt my name wrong at first, and could not even spell "the" correctly in the emails. I replied and have not received anything back. I looked online and many others get the same treatment, overall, i wouldn't recommend.

Many of the early stages are online, including psychometric tests and virtual interview questions. Little feedback offered at these stages but key words are definitely important to mention in the virtual interview.
Applied online. The first step after applying is an online gamified assessment, which is quite easy. Next step is virtual video interview consist of series of behavioral questions and online coding tests. Failed after the the video interview.
