Online assessment with Psychometric testing. Easy enough and straight forward. Then assessment centre in a small group, generic team building warm up , failed at this stage, instructions for day were very unclear.
video interview- had to record my answers to a screen. dress code is smart casual. no need to get suited and booted. make sure to prepare answers. you get a certain amount of time to record yourself

Entretien
The online platform was straightforward to access, and I progressed to the third stage of the process. This stage required recording video responses to online test questions. While I am unsure why I did not advance further, as I felt I had provided strong answers, overall it was a positive and valuable experience.
