After completing an application online I received a phone call inviting me to an interview the following week. It was a short 30 min interview by two members of staff including the store manager, I was asked a series of set questions.

Interview was around 2.5 hours in total. Started with a group interview then 20 minutes on the shop floor shadowing a checkout colleague then finally a 1 to 1 interview with a manager.
