Entretien
Applied online, 2 weeks after got invited to a group interview.
There were 10 of us for the interview. Fairly relaxed and quite informal setting. The session started with filling out a bunch of forms, health and safety, medical, availability and preferences ect. You will need to bring a national insurance letter as well as your passport, birth certificate or suitable form of ID. Preferably the one which you scanned in on your online application.
They then set us of to go collect a item from the store which best represented us. Items picked included a calculator, colouring pencils, soft drink, a bra (reason being for their supportive nature), a lego set and a few others.
They then asked us to introduce ourselves and explain the item we have picked.
The interviewers asked a few questions which is up to you to volunteer to answer them as they , some candidates remained quiet for most of the interview. In total the whole interview lasted around 1 and half hour.
