Group interview, meant to be 8 but only 5 turned up. Really good casual interview, filled out paperwork on availability and health, split into small groups and told to build a structure with paper and sellotape, asked questions as a discussion with all the people: when have you had to change your behaviour, when have you helped someone and gone further than expected. Then 30 mins on the shop floor, everyone was taken to different areas; produce, dairy, drinks etc. Then they said they would get back to us in maximum one and a half weeks by email. Only just had the interview so the outcome is incorrect I will update later

Interview was around 2.5 hours in total. Started with a group interview then 20 minutes on the shop floor shadowing a checkout colleague then finally a 1 to 1 interview with a manager.
