I felt that it was an easy enough interview and they made you feel welcomed. Tesco took about 4 weeks in total from applying to then hiring myself. The interview was with two manager within the store, and each took it in turn to ask me their questions. I got asked legal questions, and then got asked my 5 interview questions during the interview.

Quick and easy interview. Asked how to deal with customers and complaints including how to deal with certain situations e.g. shoplifting and refunds. Interviewer was very polite and to the point.

Application for the role was online. The interview process itself was a generic one, where I was asked a few competency and fit questions by a couple people from HR. This lasted around 30 minutes in total.
