Had a interview for a express branch went on sat with the manger and assistant manager had a chat with them then went to shop floor done a work trial of putting stock out when finished had another chat to manger about job then they said will get back to me week passed got a phone call asking to come in within 3 days and started the following week on a 8 hour contract rest of hours made up from very little over time

Interview was around 2.5 hours in total. Started with a group interview then 20 minutes on the shop floor shadowing a checkout colleague then finally a 1 to 1 interview with a manager.

Nice environment. Kind people. Asked the right questions and I felt I could ask any questions i had. Overall I enjoyed the experience and would recommend to other people to do an interview with them.
Very easy, just asked a few questions about my experience and my availability on time etc. what days i can work and my flexability on the dates i can do
