The interview went very easy. They asked 4 questions and informed me that they will call me in the end of the week. I got call the day itself of the interview and I got the job.

Entretien
Applied online and received a phone call before the closing date and was asked to attend a group interview the following week. I have really bad anxiety about interviews but this interview actually wasn't too bad. There were 3 managers who were doing the interview.
There were 8 of us at the interview who all applied for different departments. To start with we filled out forms which took almost an hour then we went on the shop floor and were shown around and followed a personal shopper who demonstrated how everything worked. We then started the questions. There were 2 questions and each person had to give an answer. Luckily I had prepared well for the scenario questions so this wasn't an issue, I was more worried about talking in front of everyone. It is definitely less daunting compared to the 1:1 interview.
We then had a team building exercise which definitely shows what sort of character you are. I'm normally quite shy and this shows when working in a group but I tried to act confident which is what they want to see. We had to build a 6ft environmentally friendly tower using paper, tape and staples. We had 20 minutes to build it and it had to stand for 1 minute. We also had to have a team name and a group flag with 3 colours on it (our name was supermarket sweep lol).
After this we went to the canteen for a bit until they called our names. It was a 1:1 with one of the managers to chat about your availability and if you have any holidays planned etc.
Overall, the interview wasn't as bad as a 1:1 and I somehow managed to keep my anxiety at bay! So for all you worriers that have an interview, you'll be okay and don't stress too much about the group interview as it really isn't that bad! Hope I've helped :)
