Group interview, assessing communication, teamwork, regional manager engaged everyone gave us a task and went away. We were left to prepare a presentation. Good way of meeting future colleagues. Watched some videos regarding Tesco, manager explained all the benefits and what we would get as part of the role. Very friendly.

Interview was around 2.5 hours in total. Started with a group interview then 20 minutes on the shop floor shadowing a checkout colleague then finally a 1 to 1 interview with a manager.
