An interview at Tesco is rather rigid, and involves answering interview questions that the interviewer has prepared on a sheet. Most of them are easy, with the exception of 1 or 2 in the process. Most Tesco interviews also require you to fill in an availability sheet, to give an impression of when you can work if they were to consider you for a position.

The interview was great and easy. 1 on 1 interview with generic questions and nothing too out the box. No team interviews either so no pressure in a team environment
