I had a phone interview. It felt like the interviewer was trying to guage the compensation package for the role instead of being interested in the qualifications or experience., I found recruiter to be unprofessional and did not get a sense of pride for the company that she is working for. She seemed very disengaged.
Interviewer process was extremely long and repetitive. 7 interviews to state “overqualification” that was likely evident from my resume. A waste of time. Panels, individual and peer interviews with extremely similar questions.

Entretien
30 min phone interview with HR. The HR representative sounded excited and said they would contact me in 2 weeks which I have found is standard. HR never called back or reply to any of my emails or phone calls after the phone screening. No follow up.
