I interviewed with the GM, who is no longer employed there. My interview was only about 20 minutes long, including the time it took to talk with the president of the company as well. Since the GM did not have a science background, I was really only asked to explain points on my resume. There were no math tests or sensory tests which is standard for flavor/extraction company interviews.

Submitted my resume after I saw a job posting online. I was called a few weeks later to come in for an interview. I met with a few people in management. Interview lasted about an hour. I was not asked any difficult questions regarding my technical background, I was just asked simple questions about what was on my resume.
