It's not difficult,but they asked lot of technical questions....how they will work and process and also scripting ...asked about e-mail notifications,and transform maps,business rules types,how they work ,and ITSM process

Process is fast i had 2 telephonic interviews then i get hired 2 days after, the real problem appear when you arrive to the offices the waiting is very long they ask me to wait for 2 weeks on a room with nothing in there while my accesses and my id got created.
