The recruiter reached out for a screening, then forwarded notes to the hiring manager. Standard questions about HR practice and scenarios. Met with the hiring manager, never heard back. Completely ghosted.

At first, the recruiter forgot about me. After a couple of days, I requested a contact. The interview was really shallow and the recruiter could not answer basic questions. I had a feeling like he is not prepared or bored with the job.

Entretien
The first meeting with Talent Acquisition went well; but, it took some time for the next meeting and there was little communication. The interview with the manager was an excellent dialogue and I felt there was a connection. There was no follow up from Talent Acquisition even after I sent follow up messages. I never heard back from anyone.
