Entretien
3 rounds - 1st with the HR, then the department head, then the wider team of 5-6 Directors. Department heads have the ability to distinguish candidates whose focus and future plans actually align with the position they offer, who is pretending and who is not. Interview was fast and I realized how well aligned this position is with my interest and future plans after I joined.
