I was invited to a happy hour event by the recruiter. Following the happy hour I was invited to have a brief conversation with recruiter and then invited in for an in person interview. The in person interview required that pitch their software to the sales managers. The recruiter told me that I received very positive remarks from the sales managers and would hear something in couple weeks. I received no response for two weeks and had to reach back out to the recruiter who informed me that they had decided to move in a different direction. Extremely unprofessional experience. Since I was personally invited by the recruiter I and devoted about 10 hours of time interviewing with the company, feedback would have been appreciated. I would never apply for position with Tableau again.

Six round interview process including conducting a presentation on accounts assigned by Tableau. Tableau associates involved in the interview process - Talent Acquisition, Account Executive, Hiring Manager, Technical associate (Solution Engineer) and manager of the hiring manager. Straightforward however quite time consuming.

- Zwei Termine vor Ort mit mehreren Mitarbeitern (hiring manager, managing director, Kollegen etc.)
- Demo vor Ort --> vorher pairing mit "demo buddy" der einen vorbereiten kann und Tipps für die Demo gibt
- Feedback/Angebot einen Tag nach Demo
