Series of phone/video interviews followed by in-person demo. 4 stages overall. Everyone was very friendly. HR are good at prepping candidates. No cover letter required. Much friendlier and simpler process than with many other companies. Always kept in the loop by HR.

Entretien
People should be trained to do interviews, the fact you know about the job requirements does not qualify you as a good interviewer. I had such an uncomfortable experience with a person without a shred of empathy and unable to read into my answers, attitude or way of talking. They did nothing to put me at ease and draw conclusions like I was only interested in Tableau for the prestige of the brand. They’ve been confrontational without any reasons like that was a competition. So much for a company that claims to care about inclusivity and diversity.
