4 rounds of in-person interview with 2 interviewers in each round.
Excellent interview process. they focus on aptitude, attitude, coding best practices, technical knowledge and team work.
note: team work and honesty is a value greatly appreciated at Tableau.

- heavy on algorithms, python, big data technologies and architectures.
- data models, best practices, performance improvements etc.
I was also offered at amazon but interview at Tableau was a notch above.
