Phone screen, phone screen, in person interview. The process was a bit un-conventional because 2 of the 3 persons I interviewed with were soon to retire, so not a strong vested interest in the process and a bit underwhelming... also, did not exactly describe the position and duties all that clearly.

The interview went actually really well nice manager and the overall questions were straight to the point,I did go through two interviews one with the manager from abroad and the second with manager in Morocco and both of them were actually really nice and it didn't feel like an interview.
