      Entretien

      1. Application Review Initial Screening: HR reviews applications to shortlist candidates based on their resumes, cover letters, and any additional materials requested (e.g., portfolios, project descriptions). Pre-Screening Call: A short call with HR to verify the details provided, discuss the role in brief, and gauge initial interest and suitability. 2. Online Assessment Technical Assessment: An online test covering domain-specific knowledge, problem-solving abilities, and technical skills relevant to the role. This could include coding challenges, multiple-choice questions, and case studies. Personality and Culture Fit Assessment: An online questionnaire to understand the candidate’s work style, personality traits, and alignment with the company’s values and culture. 3. First-Round Interview (Technical) Technical Interview with a Team Member: A video interview focusing on technical skills and experience. Candidates may be asked to solve problems in real-time, discuss previous projects, and demonstrate their thinking process. Team Fit Discussion: Brief discussion about team dynamics, project management styles, and expectations to assess fit within the team. 4. Second-Round Interview (Project-Based) Take-Home Project: Candidates are given a project assignment relevant to their role to be completed within a specified timeframe. This project aims to assess their ability to apply their skills to real-world problems the company might face. Project Presentation: Candidates present their project to a panel, including potential future colleagues and managers, followed by a Q&A session. 5. Final-Round Interview (Leadership) Leadership Interview: A discussion with senior leadership or executives focusing on the candidate’s long-term career aspirations, potential impact on the company, and strategic fit within the organization's future. Team Interaction: An informal interaction with potential team members, possibly through a virtual meet-and-greet or a team lunch, to assess the interpersonal dynamics and comfort level of both the team and the candidate. 6. Offer and Onboarding Offer Letter: Successful candidates receive an offer letter detailing the terms of employment, including salary, benefits, and any other perks. Onboarding Process: Begins with completing necessary paperwork, followed by an orientation program designed to integrate the new employee into the company, introducing them to the tools, processes, and culture of Te Connectivity.
