Two short phone interviews. First with a recruiter, then with the hiring manager. After those went well, a site visit was requested, with 6 1 hour interviews with various managers in the organization I'd be working in. No interviewer lower than manager level. Questions were general architecture impressions, without any deep technical tests, or specific exam requirements. the 6 one hour interviews were effectively replicas on one another, each asking similar questions and doing a resume review.
