I received a phone call and had a brief phone interview before being invited to schedule an interview at the plant. During the interview at the plant, I met with the HR representative before meeting with the person who would be my direct manager.

1: written aptitude and technical

60 min written round , having 2 section, one is quantitative aptitude and the other had 2 parts in technical, one was IT based technical other was Networking based technical .
with negative marking.
depending on the performance , technical for APP developer or network engg is chosen.
the technical rounds for network was pretty tough.
app dev is medium difficulty.
