I was contacted by TE Connectivity directly through a Staffing Agency. I was given the opportunity to interview with the Material's Manager and the District Material's Manager. The interview itself was very vague with the majority of the conversation based solely on my education and view's towards those who lack formal education. The company's expectations were not clearly outlined however, the terms "this is hard word" were used frequently.

Got contacted by a school mate that work in the company, they were looking for a recent graduate and the process was not that long because it was a referral. Had a first interview with the supervisor and after a week one with the manager of the area. Got the results within two weeks and an offer.
