It was very mutual, they were friendly and seemed to care about their future employees. I was grateful for the opportunity to speak with them, they were knowledgable. They provided statistics and success rates of employees.

They asked about personal traits, why customer service, what can you bring to sprint.
I did my application in January and passed the assesment. I waited four months for them to contact me again about my video interview. Once that was confirmed I received an email a day later to come to A Day in the Life where they told us about benefits, showed us around and scheduled our face to face interview. A week later I went to my interview. The next day I received an email to process my information for my background check. A month later I received an email stating the I passed my background and I received an offer in retention. I start July 5th. So the ENTIRE process took over 6 months to actually get hired.
