Took scheduled, inbound call with an HR manager. Got vetted pretty thoroughly throughout the interview process regarding my background and experience handling customers. It was about a 45 minute to an hour interview, absolutely brutally long. A reason I obtained an offer to do a phone interview was due to having a strong employee referral. I got all the way to offer but couldn't move to FL.
