It was the worst Interview compared to all the companies that I have attended.. It took 3days, for a BPO position non voice based work. The Hiring H.R was so rude and Negligent had no Vision neither a proper procedure.. Please improve your standards you are representing a Company.
Got selected but didnt want to join due to the Negative atmosphere ...

The interview process was good
First round is general Hr round,Second round Voice n Accent, 3rd Round is Operations round.I really liked the way the Interview was Scheduled.Every aspect was good.I personally never felt nervous.The persons who were conducting interview made us feel at ease.KUDOS to SYNCHRONY FINANCIALS.👉I.."THE BEST PLACE TO WORK or LOOK FOR GREAT CAREER GROWTH"
