The interview process is different for internal and external candidates. I'm an internal candidate, so I submit for new roles using an internal listing and process via Workday. My job history, professional statements, and resume are contained via Workday so I do not have to enter applications items from scratch. Also, the interview process consists of one hiring manager or 2+ with hiring manager and that person's team members. It's question/answer via Teams, and hiring manager and/or team will ask a question and write down what you say. No dialogue and almost feels like an interrogation. I do not like interviews here, they give me anxiety. It's not conversational at all except for executive leadership interviews and scoring is very subjective my the hiring manager. There's not an option to score objectively at all during the interview. They will ask a question, and when you're talking, they're looking down writing, Then, when you are done, they will say something like "very good", then move on to the next question. It's an outdated interview process and not conversational at all. I wish there were opportunities conversational interviews with a combined updated scoring system.
