Applied online and received an email from the recruiter with a couple days and an initial interview was set up. The HR recruiter was great, positive, energetic and encouraging. Moved quickly to get interviews set up.
First interview was with the manager of the department and was pretty straight forward. It felt like a conversation instead of an interview. She was personable and asked scrum/agile related questions. Asked about previous experiences and working with different teams.
Second interview was a peer interview with the PO and a current SM. It was done via teleconferencing. PO was dressed in a sweatshirt and the SM was in a button down shirt with his dog in view. Felt a little awkward but I know covid has changed how interviews are done. I am not sure if this was their first interview as they didn't seem really prepared. I could tell they were messaging each other during the process on what questions to ask. The current SM asked the majority of the questions. The PO was a bit disengaged.
I think he must have asked three different times about how to deal with difficult coworkers. This was a red flag for me. He also asked how someone would change an entire departments mindset on becoming agile. I got the feeling their was a lot of resistance with agile methods and maybe it was more of a waterfall approach. Another weird question was "how would you cut corners on a project."
At the end of the interview with about 5 minutes left both of the interviewees got dropped from the video call and never came back on. So it ended abruptly without much time for many questions or follow up steps.
About three weeks after that I got a generic we will not pursue your application email notification. Overall it was a strange experience.
Recruiter claimed to be accessible but required multiple followups and is the only recruiter assigned to Scrum Master roles so you're pretty much stuck.
The interview was very impersonal and hiring manager wasn't approachable at all.
It was one-sided and he was just checking off Scrum quiz type questions of his list. Basically, to test how much textbook knowledge and not real world knowledge you possess.
This isn't brain surgery, for someone with multiple years in software development that has worked with Scrum and Agile frameworks (for the checklist Agile is a mindset) you just have to follow an existing framework.
Advice to candidates, memorize the manifestos before your interview.

Overall experience was positive.
The communication was through emails and they scheduled an interview pretty fast.
During interview I’ve got a feeling that they didn’t know what to ask though..
Completely and utterly un-professional. Three rounds of interviews to wait three weeks just to say role was moved again ”off shore” Then got a referral for another position, was told they were moving forward with another interview just to find out 2 weeks later that is t actually true. Constant following up with the recruiter who was less than unresponsive for each interview. How a company treats a potential recruit during the process speaks volumes. I have never experienced unprofessionalism like this in my life. DO NOT APPLY HERE. Also, talking to other employees, only good thing is the remote flexibility.
