I applied online and was scheduled to do an interview on campus. My interview was about 4 behavioral questions, and the rest was info about the company. Very conversational interview.

I applied through my university. A week later I had an on campus interview. It was a 2-on-1, although the one person was clearly the lead on the interview. It was mostly behavioral and why this program/ job. A week later, I was told that I made it to the next round. It was a two day interview process in Charlotte, NC. They flew us out, put us up in a hotel, and took us out to dinner the night before. It was a nice opportunity to meet some of the employees and get a sense of who they are as people as well as their history. The next day consisted of a presentation overview of the company and the role, 2 behavioral interviews with employees from the night before, and lunch. Less than a week later I received an offer. Overall, great company and you could really see that they cared about assessing you as much as giving you a chance to assess them. Really cool company with great people and a cool rotational program that gives you an insane amount of experience.
