The process ran smoothly, and everyone I talked to was very nice and looked genuinely interested in knowing me. The recruiter was very supportive, clarifying all my questions. During the interviews, besides technical hard skills, the team really wants and needs to know how much of a team player, good communicator, and supportive for the whole team you are. Every interviewer asked questions related to these. Although smooth, the process was lengthy: from my application, it took two weeks and a shelf for the first contact, then an initial call with the recruiter, an interview with the hiring managers, a take-home assessment test, and on-site panel interviews, consisting of 3 interviews, and 2 short meetings on the same day. You meet many nice people, but it is a tiring day.
