Extensive interview process with multiple interviews (5 in total). Both on-site and remote. Portfolio review was thorough. Art test was extensive, review was somewhat subjective. Final decision was communicated without much of analytic feedback.

Very negative experience. Extremely drawn out process with a total of five rounds that probed deep into ambition and motivation at the expense of actual skills. They seemed to be looking for superstar egos and at one point even hinted that the candidate may be misogynist. Extensive background checks where they decide who they contact from a past career, permission or no.
