The interviewing process was very pleasant and the communication in scheduling was professional and on par with the rest of the industry. I had two good conversations with the talent manager and the executive producer. Both individuals were very kind and comfortable to engage with.

Good HR to intro the company and have a welcoming conversation. Production team was welcoming and I liked their energy. Some odd questions from the stakeholder panel. Asked basic communication questions that made me wonder whether they were trick questions. Some questions were also quite vague. I didn’t make it past mid-way on panels since they suddenly canceled my final panel interview and dropped me on the day of. Sent me a generic rejection email. I asked for feedback and never heard from them again. Then I receive an email asking for my feedback? I don’t take it personally if there’s a better fit. However it left a poor impression on me as it was sudden—with no response about the context or feedback and yet they ask me for feedback on their interview process. I also didn’t see as much diversity as I was hoping for.
