I called 5 days after submitting online application. They told me to go to a hiring fair the following Monday. I went and was interviewed by a manager from a different Starbucks. He asked questions like Why Starbucks? Where do you see yourself in five years? How will Starbucks help you achieve that? Tell me a time in which you failed to meet someone's expectations, How have you helped youself get better? Do you go to Starbucks regularly? Most of the questions scenario questions about your previous job. Since this is my first job he told me to apply them to school, community service, etc. He said he liked me and was excited but being the first interview of the day he told me I should call him in a couple days. I will find out if i got the job on Wednesday.
