I was asked to describe what I did in several situations, like handling a customer complaint or giving a recommendation to a customer. I think the main things the manager was looking for were ability to work in a team, adaptability and problem solving.

Easy-going, conversational, friendly. They were understanding and listened well. It was easy to speak to them. However, interviewing in a busy store can get a bit difficult with everyone inside the store.
