Got postponed because manager was on leave. three times this happened. Finally when they called it was a very nice experience. They are very keen to check your values and culture. very nice conversations. if salary was good i would have joined

It was pretty straightforward and occurred over Zoom. I met with the hiring manager. It was all pretty conversational and from start to finish lasted about 15 minutes. They will ask you typical questions about your background and desired salary, etc.

I was essentially asked what I brought to the table and how I would handle the role differently from my predecessors to increase effectiveness. I was also verbally tested on core competences and managerial experience. Lastly, I was asked about a time that I had to communicate with a difficult co-worker which threw me for a bit of a loop.
