Invitation to speak about the role. Questions about previous experience and willingness to work. Manager explained responsibilities and rota systems. Given a trial shift and training. Training was delivered by an experienced barista. The barista was patient and explained basic drinks to start, health and safety and then moved on to more complex drinks. I was given the chance to ask questions.

Basically a short chat about my availability, my interest in the job, why I want to work there, how familiar I am with coffee and what my past experiences in hospitality were.
Easiest interview I've ever had. I was only asked 3 questions, 'tell me about yourself, what are your strengths & weaknesses, what is your availability?' Lasted about 10 minutes maximum
it was great. I answered every question thoughtfully and easily. You have to have two interviews, one with the manager and one with the district manager. It is a in person interview. They ask many questions and will either hire you on the spot or you will have to call to see if you get the position.
