Initial phone call was from the store manager who told me I was a possible candidate. Made appointment for follow up interview. 30 minutes after the agreed on appointment time I ended up calling them. Was then referred to assistant manager, had a brief interview with the normal questions and made arrangements for third interview. Was stood up again, ended up connecting the next day over the phone and was told that I was no longer a candidate for the job. Felt that they were totally disorganized and wasted my time.

They do a phone interview first then if you make it through that you have a second interview and then a third interview and then they will make a decision

The interview was a standard interview the problem was once I was told I got the job there was a three-week waiting. Just do a background test which normally takes place is less than a week

I attended a manager hiring event. I signed in at a hotel conference room and was interviewed by a Store Manager and the Produce Regional Trainer. They asked about previous experience, how i would handle manager people with more experience, and my approach to managing the department. They may ask more complex questions about shrink, budgets, and gross going in (GIG) but that was just a test to see how much you know. I didn't know the answer but it didn't count against me for the position. They offered the assistant position due to lack of department management experience.
