Loved the interview part and the fact that they provide feedback. A con is that Layoffs are tough, the person who was the hiring manager left the company within 1 month.

Entretien
The interview process was:
- a recruiter phone call
- hiring manager video call, reviewed some work (recruiter did not say this would be part of the call so I was caught off-gaurd)
- take-home exercise
- "onsite" presentation of the exercise plus one case study, then 3 rounds of interviews
Overall, the process was average, but the recruitment team did a poor job setting expectations.

Entretien
Recruiter reached out to me over LinkedIn. We scheduled a 30 minute phone screening where we chatted about my background, Spotify's work culture, and the role. Afterwards, I met with a Senior UX Writer for a 45 minute portfolio review. Although it proved a rewarding experience, I did not move forward to the final interview stage. That said, Spotify provided lots of actionable feedback.
